Job Description
Title: Payroll Coordinator-Global
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard new employees and process terminations/resignations on payroll system for approvals
- Complete Global payroll inputs for multiple subsidiary payroll runs for review and processing
- Submit payroll funding requirement to Treasury timely
- Maintains accurate payroll files
- Prepare required payroll reports for G&A Accountants to complete payroll entries
- Prepare all other payroll reports as requested
- Assist in completion of required payroll related government reporting and audit request for other subsidiaries
- Assist in the completion of payroll budgets
- Assist HR and Accounting as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounting degree
- At least 5 years of relevant Global payroll experience
- Must have good verbal and written business communication and skills
- Attention to details
- Problem solving and good analytical skills
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Concur preferred
- Experience with third party payroll provider systems preferred
- Advanced level Excel skills preferred
