Job Overview
We are fast-paced and high-demand, non-profit program that depends on everybody in every position to help our centers function with ease. You will gain diverse experience working with an at-risk population. Cross-training is available and expected for all positions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote family well-being by building professional relationships with families
• Complete weekly home visits to ensure safety, minimize crisis, and track child health and development
• Perform multiple, and timely, computer and data entry tasks
• Positively contribute to a high-performing team
• Motivate and empower families to break cycles of poverty
• Implement weekly parenting education services

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education Level
Associates, or higher, in early childhood education, social work, or related field

Experience
Some experience preferred

Preferred Experience
2 years of direct experience with at-risk population

Personal characteristics: Self-motivated, compassionate, flexible
Certifications: CDA or equivalent, driver’s license
Physical abilities: Lift 30 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.12 - $20.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
