NOTS Logistics is immediately hiring an Operations Supervisor at our Lebanon, TN warehouse location. Our Operations Supervisor position is responsible for working with our warehouse customer and senior level NOTS Logistics management on day-to-day operations and monitoring the productivity of its staff. This position reports to the Director of Southeast of Operations and VP of Operations.
Starting Pay Rate:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually. Weekly paychecks.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, daytime hours to be determined and some weekends as needed

In This Role, You Will:
- Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure delivery of goals in Safety, Quality, Deliver, Cost, Inventory, and People.
- Use data management systems to achieve accuracy and integrity of shipments, receipts, and inventories.
- Assists in training and development of all assigned associates to ensure compliance with company HR and Safety Policies.
- Administer warehouse safety procedures, investigate all injury and property damage incidents thoroughly, prepare incident reports for management, and establish action plans for corrections.
- Communicate with customers, warehouse associates and management.
- Responsible for employee development, satisfaction, and retention.
- Adhere to the NOTS Logistics Code of Ethics and Business conduct. Always acts as a representative of NOTS Logistics while on duty.
- Perform other duties as required by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution and/or equivalent professional/military experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing logistics, supply chain solutions managing a team of direct reports.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- WMS Experience Required
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Previous OE automotive experience is also preferred
