Position: LTL E-Commerce Coordinator
Position Hours: 7AM to 3:30PM with occasional overtime (as business need demands)
Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Primary Objective: This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing and recordkeeping of including, but not limited to, e-Commerce LTL orders with Amazon, TJMaxx, Home Goods, Nebraska Furniture Mart, DD’s Discounts & Ross with corresponding labels and appropriate documentation in collaboration with Warehouse team. This role will support the Operations Director and various internal departments including customer service and their retail partners.
Full Job Description
- TIMELY processing of LTL shipments (including Canada and International) with labels in CAMS (AS 400) system with distribution to warehouse floor (may require mathematical calculations and email communications)
- Preparation of shipping paperwork as needed according to each freight company
- Provide all necessary coordination with freight companies regarding shipments
- Recording of order details within shared Microsoft Excel files
- Processing of substantial e-Commerce orders in CAMS (AS400) system for Amazon, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Shopping Network, QVC, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes, Overstock, and Walmart. In addition to other major retailers (brick and mortar) countrywide
- Coordination of verification of inventory with Inventory Supervisor
- Communication via email to Upper Level and Executive management as well as interpersonal peers – requiring excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work as a team with E-Commerce Coordinator
- Ability to cover vacations for E-Commerce Coordinator
Requirements/Skills
- MUST have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to perform accurate data entry (including 10-key) to databases and spreadsheets
- MUST have INTERMEDIATE computer skills including all functions using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral communication, written communication, interpersonal and organization presentation skills
- Must have a level-headed and respectful approach to all internal and external customers and associates
- Be dependable and report to work in a timely manner
- Must be physically able to walk distances between office and warehouse on a constant basis
Education/Experience
- HS diploma
- Experience with database software a MUST (Microsoft Office, Amazon Vendor Central, Blue Yonder & CAMS Shipping Software A PLUS)
