Job Description:
We have experienced a sudden increase in demand for diagnostics testing, especially for COVID-19. We are looking for an energetic, responsible candidates who can work in a fast paced, time and information sensitive atmosphere. That person must have a keen eye to identify incorrect information and must have the agility to quickly adapt to changing times and work nature. This person has a desire to grow their career in healthcare and has the passion for caring and helping those in need.

We are looking for a team player who can easily find their place in the team and continue to maintain a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

We are looking for a team player that will support their colleagues to accomplish goals and achieve success!

Duties include, but not limited to...

• Administering a nasal/oral swab test to walk-in patients (training will be provided)

• Receiving and registering all samples into our patient information system (LIMS)
• Verifying the accuracy of data with the information provided from accounts/patients from whom we receive samples
• Following steps according to procedure; from receipt of samples to testing phase
• Developing a thorough understanding of procedures required for releasing results to patients via LIMS

• Communicating effectively on all company's platforms (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
• Understanding the extent of HIPAA Compliance and protecting patient information

• Following company policy & procedures

• Having a positive attitude and willing to go above and beyond to grow with the company
• Lifting up to 30 pounds (requiring you to rotate/turn)

• Taking pride in helping patients!

Experience & Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma/equivalent
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with accounting

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good social skills and attention to detail
• Motivated to work independently and within a team environment
• Willing to work in a biohazard environment and follow safety policies and standards outlined in the Safety Manual

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
