The purpose of Nova Recovery Center is to remove personal barriers through the blending of recovery and clinical methods, giving everyone the opportunity to be successful in recovery. The Nova Recovery Center residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program is designed to close the recovery circle and increase overall sober success rates with an individualized continuum of care plans.

- PTO accrual rate of 5.85 hours per pay period. Resident assistant (RA) can earn 152.1 hours of PTO a year.

Responsibilities
- Resident assistant (RA) monitors clients’ whereabouts and documents any significant client issues within the daily shift notes and immediately notifies Supervisor by preferred method of communication.*
- Resident assistant (RA) ensures safe care to patients adhering to policies, procedures, and standards of care.*
- Resident assistant (RA) assist with milieu management under the direction of the RA Supervisor, by completing rounds every 30 minutes, providing client direction and redirection, and supporting the client's recovery process.*
- Resident assistant (RA) maintains appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior at all times with clients, families, co-workers and other professionals*
- Resident assistant (RA) completes all steps for intake and discharge of a client.*
- Resident assistant (RA) possible transportation of client(s) in a timely and safe manner*
General Qualifications
- Resident assistant (RA) must have the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals while maintaining appropriate boundaries. *
- Resident assistant (RA) excellent oral, scheduling, and communication skills are required. *
- Resident assistant (RA) must have a valid Texas driver license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
