Overview
The EIM Planner manages the planning, execution, and delivery of work, including managing the administrative foundation for the team (for time tracking, story organization, etc.). Must understand principles of product, project, and service delivery management, as well as financial implications. Responsible for story or requirement writing, prioritization of stories/requirements, defining sprint/release/delivery scope, coordination and management of testing and defect resolution. Works closely with key stakeholders to deliver training and ensure solution adoption. EIM Planner will be responsible for all aspects of initiative tracking, including closing out initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
- Experience: 3 Years Product and/or Project Coordination, required.
- Licensure/certification/registration:

- Relationship management - closely with key stakeholders to deliver training and ensure solution adoption. Planner will be responsible for all aspects of initiative tracking, including closing out initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Additional skills preferred: Scrum Master or PMP certification.
