Interim Clinic Services Manager I (GCM Vaccination & Testing)

Overview

This role allows NHmg to provide on-going services while recruiting for a CA. The position must understand the culture of the clinic they are responsible for and ability to manage team members. Interim Clinic Svs Mgr I will provide clinical functions, interim leadership skills and competencies. Ability to acclimate new team members to Novant Health’s culture; they may be temporarily responsible for one clinic or multiple clinics. Interim Clinic Svs Mgr I manages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of a small to medium sized physician clinic; ability to provide a seamless hand off to new CA and RM. This is an entry to mid-level practice management position with a minimum to moderate level of complexity. Practice  scope is minimal to moderate for number of providers, staff and potential revenue and possible practices and expected to provide interim clinic management for one or more clinics. . Willingness to travel based upon clinic assignments within the primary market.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Additional Skills required:  Ability to adjust and adapt to changing clinic environments; knowledge of equipment used in performing job duties; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, Payroll and purchasing processes; team building, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations; decision making, delegation and communication skills.
