Job Summary
This position is performs inspections, testing, adjustments, troubleshooting and repair to the component level of electronic circuits, sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Under limited supervision using test procedures, drawings schematics and verbal instructions will assemble, adjust, test, sub-assemblies and finished products to manufactures specification paying close attention to quality and workmanship.
- Reports pass/fail data to the area supervisor and maintain accurate records.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Contributes to team effort.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent practical experience built upon High School level technical subjects.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Positive attitude: willingness to help and receptive to input.
- Attention to quality & workmanship.
- Ability to use practical electronic theory, small hand tools, electronic meters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes.
- Ability to troubleshoot to board assembly level using circuit diagrams.
- Good mechanical and soldering skills.
- Familiarity with Windows software (in particular Excel).

- Vision: Near, Far, Depth and color perception.
- Able to lift to 40 lbs.
- Sitting and Standing while performing duties.
