You will ensure, they meet quality standards and specifications. Job Description (primary responsibilities) Conducting visual inspections of products to identify defects Using various tools and equipment to measure and test product quality Documenting inspection results and communicating them to appropriate personnel Approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products Developing comprehensive inspection plans. Driving the operation and programming of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), both manual and Direct Computer Control (DCC) using CMM Manager. Experience with programming Vision Systems is highly desirable. Spearheading correlation studies and Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gauge R&R). Overseeing general inspection activities. Delivering concise and actionable feedback on nonconformities via the Non-Conforming Material Communicate nonconformities using the Non-Conforming Material Reports system. Participate in ISO 9001 audits.
