Primary Responsibilities Link various current and legacy data sources including Oracle, MS Access, SQL Server, PowerBI, etc. to streamline data analysis and reporting. Identify opportunities for improvement on data sources and provide change proposals to management. Maintains manufacturing process and field reliability reporting tools and provides necessary data for monthly, quarterly and annual operational reviews and product failure investigations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on implementing improvements Recommend improvements to code to better identify and action signals from product reliability data. Validate queries and reports to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Ensure changes to IT systems address impact to Quality data reporting. Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field 2-5 years of experience in programming, test engineering, business intelligence or manufacturing quality roles 2 years experience with C#, VBA and Python, MS Access programming (must have) 2 years experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tool Proficiency in working with large-scale data sets with fluency in scripting and querying data using SQL or MS Access Knowledge of MS Excel advanced functionality Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Advanced English written and oral communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Ability to stay focused and work well in a high-pressure, team oriented environment, can do attitude. Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks. Project management skills – ability to problem solve, critically review situations to identify problem statement, root cause and apply sustainable, scalable solutions while maintaining upward and lateral communication to meet project deadlines. Travel Requirements <20% Physical Requirements Able to obtain up to date Covid-19 vaccination status per the current CDC guidelines prior to employment start (full vaccination dose and booster, if eligible).
