Primary Responsibilities Conduct mechanical and visual inspections Support other inspections as needed Read and understand process documentation Organize & archive documentation Complete order verification activities Identify non-conformances of in-process and finished components through established inspection methods. Ability to perform extremely detailed visual inspections on intricate and delicate parts occasionally performed under microscopes. Perform inspections efficiently with attention to detail. Work professionally within a team environment. Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments. Assist with product flow through the department. Assist in final pack-out of Product for shipment to customers Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Perform other duties as assigned Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies Must be a highly motivated self-starter, with a strong work ethic, who is able to maintain calm and focus in a highly flexible work environment with competing priorities. High School Diploma required ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 experience preferred MIL PRF 13830 experience preferred Mechanical assembly aptitude required Individual should have 20/20 vision or corrected vision Individual should be detail-oriented Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Travel Requirements No travel required.
