```Duties```
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn parts
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Industrial mechanic experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Familiarity with technical sales principles is a plus
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety procedures
- Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair
- Experience in industrial maintenance, including welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety regulations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
