Collaborates with production area planners and management to ensure the preventative maintenance activities are scheduled according to priority and equipment availability. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills. Time on the shop floor is required to ensure current knowledge of systems and processes.

- Using the site CMMS, maintains a maintenance schedule that provides a process-level overview of manufacturing activities with a monthly horizon.
- Prepares and communicates detailed maintenance schedule one week in advance, coordinating maintenance personnel, manufacturing personnel, maintenance equipment, and production equipment.
- Ensure jobs are walked down and detailed plans are drafted.
- Arranges and schedules third-party contractors when required for maintenance activities
- Optimizes schedule to apply available resources while minimizing work in progress inventory.
- Maintain the appropriate levels of planned backlog.
- Define priorities and initiates action when changes in the process and/or resources decide re-evaluation of existing schedules. Reviews updated plans with supervisory personnel.
- Develop relevant schedule-attainment metrics, and work on continuous improvement of schedule attainment.
- Coordinates with production planners to schedule activities with minimal equipment downtime.
- Performs the above functions to meet plant goals and objectives. These include, but are not limited to: PM compliance, and budget to support the manufacturing production schedule.
- Follows all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines including FDA, EPA, and OSHA. Follows all company and site policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and right first-time data entry of SAP.
- Run analysis and prepare assigned SAP reports
- Ensure on time daily, weekly and monthly metric reporting of Key Performance Indicators such as schedule adherence.
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with Cross-Functional Departments.

Minimum requirements
- Associate Degree is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Working knowledge of CMMS, SAP-PM preferred.
- Partnering and collaboration skills, analytical skills, and excellent oral and written presentation skills are required, with ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Working knowledge of cGMP’s in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, is preferred.
- Ability to learn and operate ETS Trackwise, EDOC, SAP Production, SAP-PM, Meridian, GLIMS, Training system, and to the level required for Deviation Investigator.
- Ability to analyze data using Excel-based spreadsheets and/or Minitab, Power Bi.
- Ability to develop presentations using PowerPoint.
