Job Description         

NAOVI is seeking a Junior Instructional Systems Designer to support the following government task:

Primary responsibilities:

• Provides general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with ad hoc and future training requirements such as MI FO, PDB, Ci/SEC, CLPT, and IG.
• Designs and conducts training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance for courses such as the IRIS Training, Records Management Training, Empathy Training, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, Small Steps Inclusion, and other courses as required.
• May analyze training needs.

Education and Experience:

• (BA/BS), and minimum of 5 years’ experience working with quantitative data and analysis. 
• 9 years’ experience in Policy and Analysis, Management.
• Intermediate level experience preparing data sets and data analysis and ability to read and interpret complex materials and perform data cleaning. Strong understanding of databases, analytical tools, and concepts.
• Strong experience with Excel including the ability to perform V-lookups and Pivot tables and use data visualization software, such as Tableau is required; experience with SPSS or other statistical software is preferred.
• Must display an advanced level of skill in the Microsoft Office suite 2021 or later.
• Experience working with Office 365, SharePoint, association management systems, mass email systems, and website content management systems is preferred.
• Security Clearance: MUST Currently Possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI polygraph for consideration.
