Our medical spa specializes in cutting-edge treatments including weight loss programs, wellness therapies, cosmetic injections, and hormone replacement therapy, all designed to enhance both beauty and health.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our team. This role supports our healthcare providers in administering effective treatments in the realms of medical aesthetics and wellness. The Clinical Assistant will assist in procedures, manage patient flow, and ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers during medical and cosmetic procedures including injections and hormone replacement therapies.
• Conduct patient intake, including documenting medical histories and current health status.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and maintain efficient patient flow within the spa.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all supplies are stocked and sterile, and equipment is in optimal condition.
• Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and assist in the ordering and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Support the weight loss and wellness programs by coordinating with dietitians and therapists to provide integrated care.
• Engage with patients, providing education on treatment processes, wellness tips, and answering general questions to enhance their visit.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Clinical Assistant, Medical Assistant, or similar role in a healthcare setting, preferably in aesthetics or wellness.
• Understanding of medical terminology and adequate skills in administering clinical tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate and positive demeanor with a patient-focused approach.
• High school diploma required; certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask with high attention to detail.
