What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Coach position at Novis Health of Knoxville?
Novis Health of Knoxville is a small business in Knoxville, TN. Our goal is to find and reverse the root cause of common chronic health conditions to increase our clients quality of life. We integrate with Functional Medicine doctors to create customized plans. Our health coaches implement those plans with our members.
- Must have a foundational knowledge of functional medicine, a passion for health and wellness, and a desire to help others find wellness.
- Strongly desired for applicants to have knowledge of low thyroid, type 2 diabetes and autoimmune diseases.
- Applicants must have strong communication skills.
- Applicants must be self-motivated, dependable, charismatic, outgoing, and operate with a high degree of integrity.
- Basic knowledge of diets such as Mediterranean, AIP, Keto, etc.
- Must be certified by the NBHWC or eligible for certification within 1 year of hire.
- Our practices do not take insurance so applicant must be comfortable with sales and acquisition process.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
