We are looking for an MRP System Analyst will play a crucial role in the MRP resource and factory material planning software. They will collaborate closely with factory and operations teams, ensuring efficient set up and configuration of raw material components, inventory management and movement within the warehouse. Additionally, they may be involved in tasks related to supply chain management, production scheduling, and ERP consulting. The role assists with implementing, developing, administering, and maintaining the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program and MRP systems. The System Analyst will assist the Project Manager with task identification and planning, work with Subject Matter Experts and 3rd party consultants to set up and the ERP and MRP systems.

What will you do in this role?
- Develop, manage, and execute data mapping and manipulation of MRP and CloudSuite Distribution ERP.
- Determine and implement industry best practices, techniques, and standards across all locations.
- Perform analysis, cross-referencing, merging, and consolidation of data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with implementation team and subject matter experts to design, implement, and document data of the overall systems data architecture.
- Specialize in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various systems.
- Collaborate with implementation team to ensure appropriate technical and business testing of data conversions and adjusting as necessary for business processes.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of data and multiple data domains and train staff on MRP and CSD systems.
- Work with Project Manager to build out detailed project schedule.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress within their functional area.
- Provide guidance and/or instruction for other IT staff members around assigned responsibilities and projects.
What are we looking for in an MRP System Analyst?
- One to three year’s experience working with Infor CloudSuite and other corporate MRP system.
- Understanding of ERP/MRP best practices and design.
- Experience with manufacturing and distribution system.
- Capacity to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees, management, customers, and vendors both verbally and in written form.
- Established ability to multitask, strong conflict resolution skills, and willingness to work collaboratively as a team.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Adept at conducting research into software-related issues and products and make recommendations where necessary.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English). (SOP’s a plus).
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing and manipulating data for use in migration and integration efforts.
- Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Some experience developing corporate business applications, preferably including forecasting, sales orders, CRM, distribution, and inventory control systems.
Above and Beyond Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- A relevant degree, such as Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management, five or more years of previous experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications like APICS, CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or ISM can enhance qualifications.
