What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Order Puller (First Shift) position at Novo Distribution?
We are looking for Order Pullers on 1st Shift (Schedule Mon - Thurs: 4 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) at the Zeeland, MI warehouse. We are currently offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires!* The person in this position will be responsible for safely and accurately pulling customer orders for shipment. The order puller will be handling building materials such as lumber, door parts, stair parts and moulding. *

Order Pullers will be responsible for:

- Picking and pulling units according to a job order.
- Build orders to customer specifications for shipment.
- Use radio frequency scanner to scan products and keep accurate inventory.
- Ensure products are defect free and quantity are accurate prior to shipment.
- Must be able to handle awkward product lengths and lift up to 50 lbs.
