Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who understands how to set up an entirely new business line. About the Role:

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to monitor and track progress.
• Address issues/blockers and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs, when appropriate.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in a central repository.
• Keep open lines of communication for updates and feedback.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of OKRs.
• Evaluate project performance post mortem and identify best tactical options to address similar challenges in the future.
• Use industry best practices and techniques for continuous project management execution improvement.
• Ability to grow by taking ownership of initiatives and producing results. 

Requirements for the Role:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent (example: Associates degree 2 years relevant work experience, 4 years relevant work experience).
• 2 years in project management, leading and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Experience in financial services; awareness of financial products, workflows and risk management preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, influencing, and communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• Collaborative and Adaptive Team player; does their part without the ego.

Nice To Have, but Not Required:

• Experience at a hyper-growth startup or fast-paced company.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
