What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom Coordinator position at Novolex?

How You'll Perform the Role- Maintain an orderly and organized stockroom.
- Use of eMaint for inventory storage data, location, and quantities.
- Weekly inventory of satellite Parts Storage Areas.
- Obtain parts or machinery quotes for spares, projects, capital spending, and CI projects.
- Implementation of bar coding for inventory control.
- Maintains productive relationships with vendors and service providers while obtaining best purchasing prices.
- Determine and evaluates alternate part sources.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Inventory experience relative to purchasing is preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
- Work overtime as required
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
