This position starts working full-time in the office during the training period with possibility of hybrid schedule.
Seeking a sociable, energetic Help Desk Analyst to work in our Information Technology Department - someone who can provide technical assistance to all levels of employees. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team with great personalities fosters an opportunity for professional growth. This is an entry level position ideal for individuals with 0 - 5 years of information technology experience. The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and record end user-support tickets and other applications, as required.
- Document problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing processes.
- Read and develop technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Test programs, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
- Work as part of a project team to coordinate solutions.
- Train users and answer questions.
- Approve, schedule and plan installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems such as the installation of new or existing software.
- May be required to provide after-hours support.

- Four year college degree preferred
- Up to 5 years experience in the Information Technology field.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 and Windows 11 preferred.
- Strong interpersonal relationships and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively work within a team environment.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing work, and following assignments through to completion.
- Skill in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines possess a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles.
- Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to handle details with accuracy.
