Join us as our new Lead QC Technician This position works under general supervision and is a conduit between the laboratory and management while maintaining a pulse on the lab functions & personnel. It aspires to the ideals originating from the department strategy while guiding teammates towards that vision. General responsibilities, in addition to the QC Lab Technician role, consist of system knowledge & management, supporting departmental metrics & goals, generating and maintaining team schedule, acting as department ambassadors to stakeholder groups, training & onboarding, and other duties assigned by management.
