- Develop a multi-channel sales strategy (outside, inside, indirect sales)
- Ensure successful operational execution by setting clear goals, processes, and providing teams with tools and training for effective execution
- Recruit, train, and lead sales teams, overseeing both outside and inside sales while managing local field marketing
- Own revenue and sales targets, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior leadership on a consistent cadence
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to expand sales reach and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to design localized campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and align sales strategies with broader initiatives
- Oversee sponsorships and community event participation to boost brand presence and customer acquisition
- Track and manage sales performance through CRM tools, making data-driven adjustments to strategies
- Lead team development through ongoing training, professional growth, and performance reviews to foster a high-performing sales organization
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven experience in sales leadership, managing both inside and outside sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, ideally within telecommunications, broadband, or a related industry

- Hands-on experience in developing and executing sales processes, training programs, and team performance management
