Position Summary

Performs day-to-day Quality Control activities to ensure study compliance meets company, client, and regulatory agency requirements. These activities include transcription and proofreading, identifying errors, developing corrective actions and tracking and trending processes for improvement under the direction of the Clinic Management.

Essential Responsibilities

· General review of source documents and completed clinic documents for correct content and accurate transcription.

· Observe and review study activities to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Study Protocols.

· Report and present internal quality findings to Clinic Operations Management and study management.

· Track and Trend quality findings.

· At the discretion of the Clinic Operations Management, recall and review past study files for quality assessment.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

· Quality control related experience preferred.
