CRNA - $230,000, 4 x 10 Shift Plus $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is excited to announce our anesthesia partnership with Specialists Hospital Shreveport. We have established a dynamic compensation and coverage program, offering attractive, day shift only positions for CRNAs. Specialists possess a strong team-oriented atmosphere with an excellent mix of elective orthopedic and spine cases. We look forward to integrating the anesthesia program into a single huddle with their surgeons, and OR staff and collaborating to deliver superior patient care.

Facility and Position:

Facility: Specialist Hospital Shreveport
Position: CRNA Full-Time
Shifts: 4 x 10

Compensation:

$210,000 Annual Base Salary Plus $20,000 Shift Differential
After hours incentive compensation of $165/hour

Recruitment and Retention:

$20,000 paid with first check as a full-time employee with 24-month commitment subject to prorated claw back provision.

Medical Malpractice Insurance:

Novus will provide medical malpractice insurance that will cover the professional medical services provided in conjunctions with this offer.

Benefits:

Provide 6-weeks of PTO per calendar year.
Novus paid (EE only) major medical insurance (Employee may elect coverage for child, spouse, or family with additional premiums to be payroll deducted).
Novus 401(k) match of 4% per annum up to IRS cap (Dollar for dollar match of employee deferral up to 3% plus $0.50 on the dollar for employee deferral between 3% to 5%).
Novus paid long-term disability (LTD) and short-term disability (STD) insurance.
Novus paid CME stipend of $1,500 per year.
Access to additional Novus payroll deducted benefits including, but not limited to, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, STD, life insurance, and accident and sickness.
Eligibility of benefits begins on the first day of the month following 30-days of employment.

Incentive Compensation:

Additional compensation for hours worked over and above 40 hours for each week will be paid at $165 per hour.
PTO buy-back program paid at the value of PTO compensation plus $165 per hour.
