NOVUS Professional Services is searching for a direct-hire candidate for our client in Centennial, Colorado. If you have 4 years of in-depth accounting experience with the IFS ERP system in an international manufacturing environment. We are interested in meeting with you.
High-Level scope:
The IFS and ERP Accounting Analyst is part of a team consisting of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business experts formulating and implementing business and system best practices.
This position is located in Centennial, Colorado. The individual is expected to work on site during business hours. Hybrid or remote opportunities are not available.
The efforts include new and enhancement ERP/IFS best practice projects across worldwide locations. You are expected to use a combination of accounting principles (GAAP), business experience, and IFS knowledge to design and implement best practice solutions. Various locations including Brazil, China, USA, Vietnam, UK, and Poland will require your expertise. The documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and related business conclusions is expected. This position is a critical part of the ERP and business support within the multi-company, multi-currency, multi-site IFS implementation. This position will be expected to be part of a team that provides after-hours support, be on-call, and provide support.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in ERP implementation globally.
- Subject Matter Experts (SME):
- IFS ERP Accounting System (cost and corporate).
- Accounting (GAAP).
- IFS Project accounting.
- Business analysis, data analytics, financial consolidations, and manufacturing.
- Other related areas including IFS business process design, IFS technology adoption, and IFS integration.
- Support IFS Security Admin focused on minimizing Segregation of Duties conflicts as part of JSOX,
- Works with management to prevent or remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.
- International Travel 15%.
Education Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree or equivalent experience.
- CPA a plus.
- MBA a plus.
