ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Write clear and persuasive copy that simplifies mortgage concepts, tailoring the messaging for various platforms including websites, social media and marketing materials.
• Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts that complement and reinforce written content, enhancing the overall brand experience.
• Brand Strategy Development: Construct and execute a comprehensive branding and content strategy that aligns with Novus’s mission and values.
• Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all content and design elements, maintaining a unified brand voice and visual identity.
• Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content and branding strategies, making data-informed adjustments for optimization.
• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple content and design projects from conception to completion ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in both copywriting and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating skills in both areas.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
• Ability to interpret complex information and present it in an easily understandable format.
• Analytical skills to gauge content performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
