ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation: Write clear and persuasive copy that simplifies mortgage concepts, tailoring the messaging for various platforms including websites, social media and marketing materials.
Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts that complement and reinforce written content, enhancing the overall brand experience.
Brand Strategy Development: Construct and execute a comprehensive branding and content strategy that aligns with Novus’s mission and values.
Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all content and design elements, maintaining a unified brand voice and visual identity.
Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content and branding strategies, making data-informed adjustments for optimization.
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple content and design projects from conception to completion ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in both copywriting and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating skills in both areas.
Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
Ability to interpret complex information and present it in an easily understandable format.
