We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our client's aviation training company permanently! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and performing bookkeeping duties. This Accountant will ensure the accurate and timely completion of all financial tasks.
Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Provide support for other accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field highly preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
