Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable CFO/Consultant to join our team in the real estate investment multi-family sector. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, analysis, and expertise to support our organization's growth and profitability. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Pay $125-$175k. Candidate must be local to the state of Florida.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive role within the real estate investment multi-family industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting techniques.
- In-depth understanding of real estate investment principles, including property valuation, project financing, and risk management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance professionals.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
