CFO/Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CFO/Senior Controller to join our organization. In this role, you will oversee all financial aspects of our company across multiple industries. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO, Senior Controller, or similar executive-level position, preferably in diverse industries.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial strategies.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial guidance and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient financial practices.
- Conduct financial analysis to drive cost reductions and profitability enhancements.
- Measure and monitor financial performance against budgets and benchmarks, providing insightful recommendations.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
