Job Posting for Operational Controller - Manufacturing at Now CFO

Location: Eugene, Oregon (onsite)

NOW CFO is seeking an experienced Operational Controller to oversee financial activities and provide technical guidance to our client's custom manufacturing operations. This will be a permanent hire opportunity with our client at LDX Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and be well-versed in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and reduce costs
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams
- Provide regular reports and updates on financial and technical performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Expert in Excel and other data platforms tools
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage, Hyperion or Macola accounting software preferred

- Experience working with multiple entities in a Finance/Accounting role

Custom manufacturing experience a plus!
$140K full benefits
