Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate, organized accounting records. Perform a variety of daily accounting tasks.
- Job-costing, and coding income/expense to individual jobs
- WIP
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Orders
- Monitor account balances, perform bank reconciliations, track expense reports
- Payroll
- Inventory
- Prepare and maintain reports, assist with financial projections
- Month-end close
- Vendor relations
Requirements:
- 5 years ACCOUNTING experience (preferably Construction industry).
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of WIP and job-costing
- Technology strengths, including Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Precise. Accurate. Organized
- Proactive. Swift to meet deadlines. Motivated to solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
