Support the development and optimization of new and existing products / processes. Provide workable solutions to highly complex formulations, technical challenges, and troubleshooting.
Conducts research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes. Designs and plans the layout of equipment. Conducts tests and monitors the performance of processes throughout production.
Troubleshoots problems with manufacturing processes. Evaluates equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Manages projects and maintains constant communication with cross functional groups to drive projects from concept through commercialization.
Provide documentation to ensure the consistent manufacture of new products; including batch records, production instructions, validation and stability protocols in the development and commercialization of the products.
Qualifications : BS Chemical Engineering degree with 6 years in combination of project / process engineering, product / process development, and regulatory requirements in polymers, minerals, chemical, and / or food science industries.
