In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the injection molding operations that produce cosmetic pieces for automotive applications.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in injection molding processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and Manage a 3-shift injection molding department consisting of approximately 65 employees. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining optimal efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize mold changeovers and setups. Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Continuously improve and optimize injection molding processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction. Supervise and mentor technicians, team leads, and supervisors.*
Qualifications :
Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (preferred) Proven experience in injection molding operations with a focus on cosmetic pieces Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience Previous management experience*
