- Solid Mechanized Ag education and experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Ag Equipment, service, and repair
- Strong familiarity of commercial Ag Equipment technology, mechanics, hydraulics, and the use of computer-aided diagnostic systems
- Support sales and service measures on-site
- Perform repairs on Ag Equipment in the field
- Prepare Ag equipment specifications to customer needs
- Carry out product training and instruction
- Support the Ag Equipment system from planting to harvest
- Prepare and implement projects as assigned
- 2- or 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering, Ag Mechanization or other Ag-related program
- Experienced working with Ag mechanization, hydraulics, and electronic components
- Outgoing, confident personality
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships
- Desire to work on unique Ag Equipment projects where you can bring your personal ideas and work independently
- Ability to perform product training with end-user
- Flexible in terms of schedule
- Willing to work from a Central Nebraska location
