NBC Dispatchers are responsible for answering incoming phone calls in regards to our Traffic Control operations and carefully recording details for service requests prior to coordinating with field operations to ensure the right crew is sent to the right call.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to traffic control technicians
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of Traffic Control crews and drivers
- Enter tickets and payroll hours for crews
- Copy, file and maintain documents and records
- Other duties as requested by leadership
Education, Skills, Experience Needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 5 years traffic control experience preferred
- Must posses skills to use a computer and Microsoft Office Suite
- ATSSA Certification preferred
- Posses strong interpersonal and team oriented skills
- Must be self-motivation with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
- Posses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy are critical
- Posses good organizational skills and the ability to understand the NPL business model
- Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
Working Environment
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Requirements
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
