Job Posting for Manufacturing Technical Services Manager at NPPS, Inc
A premier leader in the paper packaging industry has a plant located in East Tennessee between Charlotte and Knoxville. They are looking to hire an experienced production and quality printing specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved at all levels of print packaging. You manage a team of 4 production operators.
Must be able to coordinate the research & development and press trials to ensure customer specifications are met. Expect to work closely with customers to review and improve products used heavily in Food, Pharma and Tobacco packaging trades. Must be able to provide technical support for machinery while managing staff. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in the technical or quality engineering field or at least 5 years of printing experience.
Starting salary is based on experience ranging from $80k-$90k plus full benefits which include a 401k program. Relocation assistance is included.
