Due to our continued success and growth, we are expanding our site-based teams to support us across Europe, specialising in installation and fit out projects. This is an incredibly exciting time to join us, we have scaled by over 150% since 2020, and are looking for new team members to help us achieve even more.  We are searching for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our established HSE team in supporting our project teams across Europe. You will have experience of supporting large scale, diverse projects across Europe, hold NEBOSH qualifications within Construction and ideally holding a Degree in a relevant HSE Discipline or NVQ Level 6/NEBOSH Diploma. Supporting our projects across Europe – You’ll be a part of a remote based team, whilst being available to travel across Europe to support the mobilisation and set-up of NPSG projects. It is desirable that you are fluent in English and having an additional language skill such as German or French, will be advantageous. About the role: Supporting projects across the UK and Europe on diverse site locations, carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced - implementing solutions for risk reduction Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards Involvement in HZAID and HAZOP workshops, reviewing out comes and implementation of an actions Developing Safe Systems of Work in conjunction with our Client and their implementation on site and cascading these to other business units. Completing formal HSE Site audits and implementation of findings against set timescales, close out of any actions or NCR’s Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being correctly implemented. Daily regular engagement with the workforce Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with all UK and European legislation About you: Experience with Major Construction and Commissioning Projects across Europe with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role Holder of NEBOSH in Construction and ideally holding a Degree in a relevant HSE Discipline or NVQ Level 6/NEBOSH Diploma or the equivalent European qualification Highly PC literate as you will be expected to use multiple PC based systems Knowledge of Quality Systems ISO9001 ISO45001 Holder of CSCS card or similar for Site Access across Europe Understanding of risk assessment process and its implementation on multiple sites Our experience and skills are a guide, and we welcome applications from anyone with transferable skills, personality is just as important to us.
