Job Description
You will be working with AR / VR/ XR devices
Installation of necessary hardware updates, configuring the lens / devices
Perform login tests and sanity checks
xAssist solution testing, importing the workflows and testing Firmware upgrades
Pack the device with package materials / labels and ship
Technical support over phone / email as and when needed
He / she should have client facing experience.
Project management experience
Qualifications:
Any graduate
Technical and good communication skills
Exposure to Metaverse, AR / VR/ XR environments
Attention to detail:
Excellent time management skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple device configurations
Ability to document if and when it is needed
Location: Nashville, TN(Remote)
