Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains high employee motivation by empowering personnel and stressing the importance of cooperation
- Assures training of new employees to obtain proficiency within a reasonable time for the particular job.
- Effectively implements performance standards/goals.
- Provides timely and helpful feedback, counseling and coaching.
- Actively assists employees in relating his/her job to the overall company operations and goals.

- Prepares SAP reports which are clear, concise, and complete.
- Tracks and controls that portion of the capital and expense budget that is related to his/her area of responsibility.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field or Baccalaureate degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, and 6 years of equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience leading/supervising employees in a related field
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understands the processes, systems, assets, resources, key personnel, and business functions of the Region
- Knowledge of power plant systems and operations, and comprehensive knowledge in the area of responsibility
- Knowledge in SAP Maintenance Management System
- Experience in the Purchasing Processing System
- Demonstrated effective leadership and personnel management skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the organization
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals
- Ability to use a personal computer and standard business software
- Ability to read, create and follow written policies and procedures
- Ability to understand and use work management systems
- Knowledge of the bargaining unit Agreement (if applicable)
- Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment and/or power plant environment
- Requires operation of a motor vehicle; appropriate Driver's License.
- Requires standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, twisting, climbing stairs and ladders, and entering plant equipment to access, inspect, or collect data on plant equipment
- Work overtime and non-standard working hours as required
- Requires occasional travel outside service area
- Occasionally requires wearing personal protective safety equipment (respirators, safety glasses, hard hat, appropriate footwear, ear plugs, etc.)
- May be required to work around rotating and energized equipment, hazardous materials and chemicals
- Requires operation of a personal computer
- Occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities
Salary :
The salary range for this role is $118,600.00 - $171,900.00.Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
