Cedar Rapids-based NRG Media, home of Great Local Radio, operating iconic brands including Rock 108, 105.7 KOKZ, News-Talk 1540 KXEL as well as 107.3 Hank FM is looking for an Account Manager to take a solid agency account list and make it grow!   


And not just any Account Manager - We’re looking for a highly-motivated individual who can develop critical marketing strategies and advertising solutions; a multi-tasker with effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with a strong client focus.


We like self-driven problem solvers and individuals who value building long-term relationships with our business partners.  You will manage existing agency accounts by maintaining and growing marketing opportunities while proactively developing a new client base.  Previous agency experience in advertising and/or media sales is a must.

Requirements

  • Prior agency experience in advertising and/or media sales is a MUST.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
