NRG USA is hiring for a Sales Business Development Manager. This individual will lead the sales and operations for a relocation company in the Port Charlotte Florida area.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and research potential new business opportunities and market segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Sales Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Salary $75,000-$85,000 plus commission
