We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Residential On-Call Concierge to provide exceptional support and services to residents in a luxury residential community. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the living experience for residents through outstanding customer service and timely assistance with various requests.
- Respond to resident inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as package delivery, grocery shopping, and scheduling maintenance services.
- Coordinate reservations for amenities such as the fitness center, lounge, or community events.
- Manage special requests, such as arranging housekeeping, pet care, or personal shopping.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the building's amenities, policies, and local services to provide accurate information to residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring security and access to the building.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns effectively.
