Position Summary: Creating, advancing, and executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base. Creating strong and effective stakeholder relationships. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key automotive customers and partners through relationship building, technical competence, strong listening skills and a genuine passion to guide their success
- Provide accurate sales forecasts that will be a key factor in overall company planning
- Be a highly valued, contributing member of the Sales Team, representing the company well to customers, prospects, and industry leaders
- Work closely with partners to drive new business opportunities
- Increase the customer base, customer loyalty, revenue per customer and top-line financial growth for the assigned territory
- Ensure a long-term competitive edge for the territory through a value-added approach to prospects and customers
- Roll up sleeves when appropriate, and is an active participant in new product development, sales strategies, and marketplace analyst.
- Decision Making: Ability to focus on the key drivers of a decision and think through the down-stream consequences of various options. Considers enterprise-wide implications, strategic alignment, and the broader marketplace when making decisions.
- Results Orientation. Builds commitment and enthusiasm to meet deadlines and achieve goals within the Company’s complex business operations. Inspires a culture of exceptional performance and ethical behavior to ensure that strategic focus areas are executed and deliver significant results for the Company.

Education and Work Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of demonstrated success in sales in the automotive market space
- 5 – 7 years of demonstrated success with Sales Team Management
- In-depth knowledge with reporting; analytics, trends, KPI’s
- An excellent communicator within a team, as well as with customers over email and face-to-face
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales, selling into the automotive industry
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Understands that face-to-face interaction with our prospects and is prepared to travel 25-50% of the time
- Competent in the use of Salesforce
Knowledge and Skills :

Hours Required: 40 hours a week, occasional evenings and weekends may be required
