POSITION PURPOSE:

Ntirety Corporation is seeking an experienced (Mid-Level) DevOps Engineer to work with our existing distributed team in an Agile Environment. The applicant will be working alongside teams in Canada, Bulgaria, and the United States. The work is challenging, requiring a candidate with proven experience and the confidence in their skill to be creative on the fly. We prefer people who are passionate about DevOps that show it by always keeping their skills fresh with the movement of the industry. You will be working alongside extremely talented senior level architects, developers, and administrators; so be ready to learn new skills in your field and regardless of your level of DevOps knowledge. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for reducing friction across Ntirety. The DevOps Engineer owns the operational environments that support the processes used by Ntirety. This role requires the individual to leverage their experience in delivering functionality from development to production following industry best practices. The DevOps Engineer coordinates delivery of functionality of the product lifecycle. The life cycle includes development and high-quality product delivery to support our customer’s needs. Ntirety’s products provide technology support and management for external and internal customers. The products cover software for provisioning and management of virtualization, networking, and/or storage hardware, as well as managed services covering a variety of associated disciplines.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience

· Establish strong communication and cooperation with other company departments

· Documentation of processes and integrations

· Integrate with vendors and providers to deliver automation and services to customers

· Understanding of security best practices

· Work collaboratively to manage systems and software using modern DevOps principles

· Provide Release Management support of hybrid cloud hosted applications

· Monitor and develop the success of Ntirety’s continuous software delivery

· Maintain an understanding and continuous learning of industry DevOps best practices

· Support and maintain development, QA, staging, and production environments
