NTS Amega West is a global leader in the manufacture and rental of Oil &Gas drilling equipment and downhole tools for vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling. NTS Amega West is also pioneering design improvements for enhanced drilling performance with powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing. Headquartered in Houston, NTS Amega West operates service facilities in the US, Canada & Singapore.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist District Management with general Office Administration, Purchase Order Transactions, Production Reports and Record Keeping.
- Ordering of office supplies
- Maintain employee timecards using payroll tracking software for employees within the district.
- Creating customer invoices.
- Assist Corporate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with district level transactions.
- Assist Corporate HR with New Employee Orientation, Forms completion, Training and Human Resource tasks for employees within the district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED accepted
- MUST have 3 years of Oil & Gas experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners and fax machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- General knowledge of Accounting and Inventory Management Systems preferred
