Responsibilities

  • Proactive Business Development, Presales and Solutioning on Industry domain topics in Salesforce
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to NTT DATA sales teams and strategic clients by providing proactive and regular engagement with Sales and Account teams to promote business development.
  • Defining and developing Industry Focus areas, offerings, and solutions for Salesforce in alignment with Strategic account needs and Industry trends.
  • Articulate how Salesforce features and capabilities can solve business challenges to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand and translate business requirements into a strategic vision, roadmap, and to-be architecture.
  • Assist NTT DATA sales teams with request for proposal (RFPs) responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), and presentations as required.
  • Mentor and provide direction to NTT DATA Solution Engineers for complex queries and partner on strategic accounts.
  • Assist the VP of Technology and Marketing team with technology and industry points of view through technical writings, webinars, and organized meetups.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Application, System, or Technical Architect.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience with IT architecture and solution design
  • A minimum of 3 years technical pre-sales or related client facing activities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical domain experience in Financial Services and Manufacturing

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience and certifications in Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking team members & clients.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts through serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business-focused IT solutions to prospects and clients via integration of NTT DATA services, solutions, and capabilities.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
