We are currently seeking an Office 365 Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. This position will be a hybrid role working onsite at our client's location in Auburn Hills, Michigan at least 2 days per week.Working hours will be approximately 8:30am - 5:30pm Eastern Time.Must hold a valid driver's license as it may be necessary to drive for certain testing activities.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Support our End User Computing Team as they roll out new tools and products to the business user
- Be part of an O365 product team and do exhaustive testing of new O365 features before they are enabled and rolled out to end users
- Perform exhaustive testing of existing features and end user tools which are already in the environment e.g., new Teams room tablet that end users will use to join meetings from the conference room
- Support the rollout of new features through end user training or development of user guides
- Support the remediation of end user issues that are reported to the service desk
- Build a suite of reusable test artifacts that can be used for ongoing regression testing
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in overall Quality Assurance Testing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience testing Office 365
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA Methodology
- Adherence to process / standards
- Ability to support process development in a new area of end user computing QA
- Ability to develop a robust test plan for a new project / rollout
- Ability to estimate testing efforts on a project / new rollout
- Test case development
- Familiar with various testing techniques
- Familiar with various test & defect management tools, such as JIRA
- Able to offer recommendations for process improvement and carry out a plan to implement changes
- Able to work in a faced paced environment often testing across multiple environments at the same time

For Colorado Candidates:
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $68,700 - 113,400. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
