Rep II, Operations - Med D Prior Auth IB Phone Tech

This is a long term contract project-not a direct hire/FTE role.
Hours of operation are M-F 7:00A-8:00P CST (Shifts are 8 hours scheduled between the hours mentioned above)

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Remote Healthcare Call Center Associates to join our team working 100% remote.

Responds to telephone inquiries from new policyholders, tenured policyholders, agents and their representatives.

The primary responsibilities are to verify insurance coverage for potential and new clients. Additionally, this person will re-verify insurance coverage for existing patients to answer questions about benefits, coverage, billing and payments.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Training and working virtually
• Utilizing multiple software systems to complete Medicare appeals case reviews
• Meeting or exceeding government mandated timelines
• Complying with turnaround time, productivity and quality standards
• Conveying resolution to beneficiary or provider via direct communication and professional correspondence
• Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge of relevant and changing Med D guidance

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $17.75. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
